Rimmed Vase | MATCH Pewter

MATCH's rimmed pewter vases were imagined as modern urns – curvaceous containers, in classic proportions, with a larger capacity for flowers. This elegant design is available in three sizes, and highly encourage mixing with other styles, of varying heights and sizes from our collection, to create abundant arrangements.

Petite: 4.3", 14 oz.

While most MATCH pieces are cast, these small treasures are spun from two discs of pewter – one for the body and another for the base. Spinning is a process by which a disc of pewter is rotated at high speed and formed into a symmetrical shape. A high degree of skill is required to smoothly shape the final contours and details. The base is formed in a similar manner and joined to the body by soldering.

Pewter requires almost no maintenance. To clean your pewter, hand wash in warm water. Dry the pewter completely, as water drops will cause spots.
